Job description:

1. Be responsible for the overall control of the lighting project design according to the company's lighting project design service process, manage and guide the work of all team members in the design team;

2. Responsible for the formation of the conceptual design of lighting engineering, the realization of the conceptual design of lighting and lighting, and the recognition of the owner/designer;

3. Organize the design team to deepen the design on the basis of the concept plan, be responsible for the implementation of the internal review, verification (test) work in the design stage, and communicate with project members to ensure the feasibility of the deepening plan;

4. Responsible for sharing and communicating the work experience of internal design of the company, and giving professional guidance to lighting designers, assistant lighting designers and design assistants in the design process of lighting engineering projects to help them mature and develop.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in electrical, architecture, urban planning, lighting or related majors;

2. Experience in leading the design of large-scale interior and exterior lighting engineering projects, such as large-scale public space, hotel, urban landscape environment lighting design, etc.;

3. Proficient in using 3DMAX, Photoshop, Autocad, Flash, Office and other design software;

4. Familiar with one of the lighting design software such as DIALux, AGI32 and RELUX;

5. Master relevant knowledge of lighting and lighting design industry;

6. Knowledge of architecture, decoration and landscape;

7. Master relevant knowledge of lighting products;

8. Proficient in English listening, speaking and writing

9. Experience in cooperating with foreign designers or working, living and studying abroad is preferred.
